Return Policy
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days. Please do use a specialized international shipping company like FedEx, DHL or UPS which required signature and tracking number, we do not accept returns by local post office. For more info: Please check out our Return Policy
Refund Policy
Refund and Exchange:Upon reception of the item back in our office in Bangkok, refund will be processed within 6 to 12 working days, to the same credit card used for the purchase. (Please note that bank charge transaction or credit card fee may occur at your cost.)
In case of exchange, we will process to the exchange within in 3 to 4 working days upon reception of the parcel. However if we do not have in stock the desired item for exchange, we will put it in production immediately with a lead time of 30 to 45 days.

Should you refuse or do not send proof of identification within 48h hours, your order will automatically be cancelled and the order’s amount will be refunded to your original account in full, minus the cost of transfer.
